I'm not sure exactly and I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but I think they were killed in a car accident over 12 yrs ago. I went to school with a Terry, Dwayne, Lisa and Keri power. They were raised by their aunt, but lives in Sydney Mines at one point.
The best person to contact, would be the creator of this site "IAMCAPER". He grew up on 2 Oram Drive and would be Terry Jrs age.

Hey Derian, welcome to our board.
Manizo is not exactly correct in his email but they both did, regrettably, pass away under tragic circumstances. Growing up, one of their children was considered by me a best friend, Terry. I still see Terry the odd time here in Sydney and we always make an effort to have a small chat.
As Manizo said, I did grow up at 2 Oram street and was friends of all the Power children, Terry, Sherry, Chrissy, and Duane. Even when they were taken in by the Hills we still managed to remain friends until they moved.
If you know the children and speak to them regularly please tell them that Jason Young said hello.

Those names bring back great memories for me. I also grew up on Oram St. and spent many days playing road hockey with Terry and IAMCAPER
Good times!

Yeah, we had a lot of fun back then. From road hockey, to baseball "down the road", and even waaaaayyyy back to when we played hide-and-seek down the bottom of the road. You can still see the hockey rink that was painted on the road. Who did that anyway?
Anybody remember the Chris Coleski hockey stick incident?

Are you referring to the fight in which Chris Coleski 's dad showed up to the fight to bring his kid his hockey stick...or was that a baseball bat?
On a similar note, his son Chris Jr. has apparently been following in good ol dads footsteps. Good to see the tradition lives on.

Since we are on the topic of Oram street, anyone know what happened to Jeff MacDonald from James Street. I was in touch with his brother Jason a few years back and he said that Jeff had gone missing. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

This was a different incident where Chris Jr. struck Jeff MacDonald in the back with a hockey stick because we wouldn't let Devon play. It wasn't pretty.
As for Jeff, I too was talking to Jason about two months ago and he said the same thing, he still hasn't heard anything from him. He did say that his youngest brother, Rick, is doing well.

Reference the rink painted on the road that was Ben Jardine and Frankie Sutherland....I think Jeff MacDonald may have been there as well. Because if you saw one of us the other two were close behind.
Anyone hear from Gordie or Jamie Finnegan

I"ve been trying to track Gordie down but he's in the military and was in Afghanistan, or still is. I did hear that Jamie is still in the Mines somewhere.
I love the hockey rink and hope they never pave over it! hehe

Hi Martina,
I'm pretty sure I know the Hall family that you're asking about. Were they from the Church St area?
