A Westmount family reported missing last week by neighbors has been found safe and sound in Ontario over the weekend, according to the Cape Breton Regional Police.
Sgt. Joe Melnick said 30-year-old Christine Bradley, her two children, Aidan, 5 and Aaron, six weeks, and Bradley’s mother, Sharon St. James, were located without incident Saturday afternoon in Perry Sound, Ont.
Melnick said Bradley, originally from Ontario, was staying with friends and the disappearance appeared not to be suspicious in nature.
“The neighbours thought it was suspicious because she dropped a dog and cat off at one house and dropped her vehicle off with somebody else,” he said. “I think it was just the way she did things.
“They’re all fine and supposed to be heading home soon.”
A close friend of Bradley’s contacted police Tuesday to report her missing.
